With over a decade of expertise in fire investigation, Vithyaa is an internationally certified forensic fire investigator. Throughout her career, she has meticulously analysed fire and explosion scenes, provided expert testimony, and delivered accurate, reliable forensic results that withstand rigorous legal scrutiny. Her expertise extends to international cases, including multiple investigative trips to Papua New Guinea.
In addition to her technical proficiency, Vithyaa brings strong leadership and business acumen, having managed nationwide teams and driven significant business growth across various industries. Her experience extends beyond fire investigation, encompassing successful entrepreneurship and active involvement in community service, particularly in empowering and connecting diverse communities. In her time she has won a number of awards in business and community services and has had the owner of receiving an award from NSW Premier Chris Minns in 2024.
Founding Forensic Origin and Cause Investigations makes Vithyaa the first female of colour to own a fire investigation company in not only Australia but in the world. By doing this she is smashing the gender stereotypes within this male dominated industry. She leverages her comprehensive background in forensic science, fire dynamics, fire investigations and the support of her business background to lead investigations that are thorough, precise, and impactful. Her commitment to excellence ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise, helping them achieve successful outcomes in their cases.
